If there are technical issues preventing implementation, we will resolve them

Change of mind after project begins

Project Cancellations:
If you cancel before work begins: Full refund minus $497 project setup fee
If you cancel after work begins: No refund (you keep all completed work)
If we mutually agree project cannot proceed: Prorated refund for work not completed

Technical Issues:
If you experience technical issues preventing access to purchased digital products, contact us immediately at [email protected]. We will:
Troubleshoot the issue
Provide alternative access methods if needed
Issue a refund only if we cannot provide access within 72 hours
Duplicate Purchases:
If you accidentally purchase the same product twice, contact us within 7 days for a full refund of the duplicate purchase.
Unauthorized Charges:
If you see a charge you did not authorize, contact us immediately at [email protected]. We will investigate and issue a refund if the charge was made in error.
