All online courses purchased through Helper Academy

Includes: Video lessons, downloadable materials, course content

Once you access any course materials, the purchase is final

All pre-built AI agents and agent bundles

Once delivered and instructions provided, the purchase is final

Digital Downloads

Ebooks, guides, prompt packs, templates

All digital downloads are final sale upon delivery

Why Digital Products Are Non-Refundable:

Digital products provide immediate value and cannot be "returned" once accessed. By purchasing digital products from Helper Group Inc., you acknowledge that you receive the full product immediately upon purchase.

We will work with you through revisions until deliverables meet agreed-upon specifications

If there are technical issues preventing implementation, we will resolve them

We maintain open communication throughout the project

What's Not Covered:

Change of mind after project begins

Failure to provide required information or access

Delays caused by your team

Requests outside original scope of work

Project Cancellations:

If you cancel before work begins: Full refund minus $497 project setup fee

If you cancel after work begins: No refund (you keep all completed work)

If we mutually agree project cannot proceed: Prorated refund for work not completed

Partnership Packages (Starter, Pro, Enterprise)

Partnership fees are non-refundable once onboarding begins

Training certifications are non-refundable once courses are accessed

Document packages are non-refundable once delivered

Cancellations made 24+ hours in advance: Full refund

Cancellations made less than 24 hours: 50% refund

No-shows: No refund

Cancel anytime (no refund for current month)

Technical Issues:

If you experience technical issues preventing access to purchased digital products, contact us immediately at [email protected]. We will:

Troubleshoot the issue

Provide alternative access methods if needed

Issue a refund only if we cannot provide access within 72 hours

Duplicate Purchases:

If you accidentally purchase the same product twice, contact us within 7 days for a full refund of the duplicate purchase.

Unauthorized Charges:

If you see a charge you did not authorize, contact us immediately at [email protected]. We will investigate and issue a refund if the charge was made in error.
